About Me

Hi I'm Chris, I am a fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and am passionate about road safety.

I became a driving instructor because I wanted a job with real satisfaction and there is nothing better than seeing someone pass their test first time. I was also always being told by friends and work colleagues that I was a calm and relaxed type of person and that I would make a great Driving Instructor.

I was fortunate to be trained by LDC in the latest adult coaching and training techniques so you can be assured the training I give will be of the highest standard. LDC are one of the largest and most respected driving schools in the country. But don’t just take my word for it, check out their website or ask around.

Throughout my career I have always had a job that involves training people. Having trained many people to achieve things that they thought they would never be able to do, becoming a driving instructor was an easy decision for me. I am also very aware that everybody is different and learns in different ways, my training techniques allow for flexibility in lessons, it is important that you learn to drive safely, at a rate that suits you and every lesson is enjoyable and as productive as possible.

Lessons are always conducted in a calm, friendly and relaxed manner as I firmly believe in making pupils feel at ease during lessons.

Whether you are choosing driving lessons for yourself or for a member of your family, its vital that you make the right choice. Ensure that the driving instructor you choose is on the ADI register, and that they are fully qualified. Many driving schools allow trainee instructors to operate. This means that they have not passed their final part 3 exam, which is the test of instructional ability. Look for the GREEN BADGE on their car. If they haven't got one then chances are they are not fully qualified.

About My Car

I have very recently changed my car to a Suzuki, my learners all say that it is really easy to drive, all have commented on the difference from the Clio I used to have.
